Basically, topical application of caffeine could have a positive effect on hair growth - blocking DHT in the shaft and causing hair to grow longer and faster.

However, too much caffeine ingested could increase androgen production and therefore DHT production.

thing is, the hair loss has been stemmed.. i'm using this shampoo called Pregaine...

it's a "hair loss" shampoo but i was using it because it's by far the only shampoo that keeps what's left of my hair from becoming an oily mess 3 hours after i shampoo it... the side effect for me was that the hair loss has kinda stopped
